Job Description : Make calls to clients.Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valuedEngage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying informationBuild lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliabilityUtilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriatelyUnderstand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer serviceTake part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and positionAdhere to all company policies and proceduresEducation and BackgroundThis position requires a high school diploma or Graduation.Skills and CompetenciesExceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voiceUnderstanding of company products, services, and policiesProficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skillsAbility to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situationsStrong time management and decision-making skillsAdaptability and accountabilityShould be comfortable in night shift.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Internet reimbursementSchedule:Monday to FridayNight shiftSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
