Job Description : ATPL in sales & Service of Tool Room Machines since 25 years. We have a opening for Customer Service Co-ordinator.

Required Job Description as given below:
Excellent communication Skill – verbal & Writing.
Respond to customer enquiries, providing turnaround within two hours.
Develop and maintain a positive client relationship by providing routine follow-up customer service calls.
Documentation of service complain and assigning the taste to the service team member.
Document and escalate any customer service.
Participate in meetings to improve productivity, resolve customer service issues and manage workload of team.
Assist with training of new employees within department.
Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those on your team, as well as cross functionally.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Professional
Customer service experience in an office setting.
Can calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
Ability to perform under pressure and stressful conditions.
Personal
Professional demeanor and attitude.
A fast learner who can quickly understanding and articulate new technologies and processes.
