Updating Engineering deliverable Control Register LSP-HDPE and PP Project.
Updating Equipment modeling Control Sheet LSP HDPE and PP Project.
Updating Requisition & equipment Modeling Control Sheet Static & Rotating.
Updating Vendor print control Index of LSP-HDPE and PP Project.
Process all engineering deliverables by Knox (EDMS).
Preparing daily Correspondence report incoming outgoing status.
Coordination with all discipline.
Perform quality check on documentation system as per standard format
Distribution of controlled copies of drawings/ documents as per standard distribution matrix
Returning commented documents to contractor
Downloading and uploading documents into documentation application
Issuing engineering isometrics drawings
Preparing weekly progress report for documentation
Processing all vendor/ supplier documentation for project
Coordination with EP contractor, vendor and sub-contractor
Receiving document from different discipline for issue to client/ EP contractor
Tracking all data sheets and drawings through EDMS or excel
Coordination with senior Staff for reports required by them.
