Salary
Salary Range: $31,200-$36,000 annualized, commensurate with education, experience and qualifications.

Hours per Week
Non-Exempt Position: 40 hours per week.

Essential Functions
Function: Provides entry level skills and knowledge for a variety of administrative, technical and/or processing duties or specialized activities for various enrollment services units.
Scope: Responsible for processing a variety of documents and/or processes and interpreting rules and needs of students for various enrollment services units.

Typical:

Assists with processing paperwork for various enrollment units that may include admissions applications, transcript processing, financial aid document/paperwork,

registration, residency status, NCAA eligibility documentation, enrollment, graduation, or other enrollment eligibility and/or needs.

Assists with counseling students on various enrollment issues that may include admissions eligibility, NCAA eligibility, residency status, veteran’s certification,

enrollment and/or registration, or financial aid eligibility, or other related enrollment eligibility and/or needs.

Maintains records as needed for all enrollment services units.

Assists with evaluations to reach a determination and answers inquiries from other areas on campus as needed for all enrollment services units.

Assists with document intake, imaging and indexing for all enrollment services units.

Performs other duties as assigned for enrollment services units.

Periodic:

Participates in committees and/or conferences and meetings

Required Qualifications

Enrollment Services Associate Level I:

High School or GED
Demonstrated organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
One year of full-time equivalent experience in enrollment management/services, data entry, customer service, student service, paperwork processing.
Bachelor’s Degree may substitute for the experience

Enrollment Services Associate Level II:

High School or GED
Demonstrated organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
Two years of full-time equivalent experience in enrollment management/services, data entry, customer service, student service, paperwork processing.
Bachelor’s Degree with one year of the above experience may substitute.

Enrollment Services Associate Level III:

High School or GED
Demonstrated organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
Three years of full-time equivalent experience in enrollment management/services, customer service, student services, clerical or data entry.
Bachelor’s Degree with two years of the above experience may substitute

Preferred Qualifications

Enrollment Services Associate Level I:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
One year in Higher Education

Enrollment Services Associate Level II:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
One year of higher education experience in processing and/or customer service

Enrollment Services Associate Level III:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
Banner experience
Three years of higher education experience in enrollment management/services

Working Conditions
This position will be primarily located:

Remote: Primarily works from a remote location and rarely needs to be on campus. Travel and parking, expenses are the employee’s responsibility. Applicants must be adaptable and open to working in both environments. This is subject to change.
