Responsibilities:
Provide desktop support for 80+ users in local and remote locations
Assist in the management of medium size virtualization infrastructure
Manage inventory of technology assets
Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes and procedures
Manage daily issues and requests while performing infrastructure maintenance tasks
Monitoring and maintenance of backup system
Manage VoIP handsets and user management
Qualifications:
Progress toward completion of a Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related degree
Prefer GPA of 3.25 or higher
Working knowledge of Active Directory
Familiarity with Windows Server environment
Understanding of TCP/IP basics like IP addressing, subnets, VLANs
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
