Job Description : Family owned Real Estate brokerage seeking part time full-charge Bookkeeper (2-3 days a week 10-12 hrs per week).
Qualifications and duties include: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Weekly Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, Standard GL, Financial Reports, Monthly Owners Statements/Payments, Year End Reports & forms for Multiple Companies, work closely with CPA to produce Tax Returns.
Highly proficient in QuickBooks. Will train in property management software. Ability to work with property manager and independently.

Pay: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour

Associate (Preferred)
