JOB SUMMARY: To provide technical support and end user training of computer software and hardware for The START Center for Cancer Care and all affiliates.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will provide support with desktop and peripheral installation and troubleshooting.
Provide face-to-face, telephone and remote support to users.

Install and download approved software.

Create new user accounts, assist user with accessing computer and associated applications during initial orientation, terminate user accounts
Travel to and from remote locations as needed

Perform all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Strong background in Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications. One year of experience preferred. Strong technical aptitude. MacOS experience desirable.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels within the organization regarding technical IT matters
Ability to work as part of a team
Good analytical skills
Methodical and disciplined approach to problem solving
Ability to triage issues, assign appropriate priority level and manage daily ticket queue effectively
