Job Description : $20 Per Hour. Must Know **Hyatt Opera System**.
National Travel Hyatt Hotel Brand – Front Desk Agent
We Pay Lodging and Travel.
8 to 12 weeks national travel at a time
**Must Know Hyatt Opera System******
Front Desk Agents will be the first point of contact for a guests stay, duties will include; registering guests, assigning rooms, accommodating special requests, and ensuring the guests have a pleasant stay and smooth checkout. Looking to hire immediately!
Responsibilities
· Register and assign guests to hotel rooms.
· Establish method of payment and verify credit.
· Make and confirm reservations.
· Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
· Transmit and receive messages, using telephones or PMS system.
· Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
· Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.
· Secure guests’ valuables in hotel safe or safe-deposit boxes, if not available in guest rooms.
Qualifications & Requirements
********** Must have Hyatt Opera Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Holidays
Overtime
Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:Must follow all Covid Precautions.
Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Hotel: 1 year (Preferred)
Opera: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
