Implementing effective training courses for new & existing employees
Batch training for the new employees in the contact center
Conduct refresher sessions for the sales & service calling team
Identify learning needs within assigned business units
Work with Head of departments to determine training needs
Conduct seminars, workshops & individual training sessions
Develop content for the training as per the need & latest trend of the market
Participate in the quality audits, prepare & review the monitoring reports
Feedback sessions on audits for the contact center agents for the performance improvement
Sharing process gaps for the process improvement and standardization
Attend meetings with the various departments on the assigned tasks
Assist in employee engagement activities
Be a part of call calibration sessions to reduce the variance
Required Candidate profile:-
Good Communication skill
Proficiency in defect analysis and excel skills
Minimum Graduate
