Job Description : Must have hands-on experience in all the latest IT Technical requirements like – AWS, AZURE, DevOps,dotnet, MVC, Angular
Should have experience in the complete life cycle of recruitment from Sourcing till On-boarding
Focus on sourcing quality resumes through headhunting, job portals, and networking sites
Handling full life cycle of a full time IT recruitment process, end to end recruitment
Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Efficiently manage the recruitment process and actively involved in each phase of it – Interaction with the candidates and briefing them about the requirement
Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications as per clients requirements
Lining up a shortlisted candidate for interview
Coordinate with the shortlisted candidates and client relationship team
Taking Feedback from clients and candidates after the interview
Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding
