Job Description : Position: US IT RecruiterExperience: 02 to 03 YearsLocation: Indore (Work from office)Job Type: Full TimeSkills: IT Recruiter, Sourcing, Head Hunting, Screening, IT Staffing, Technical RecruiterQualified Recruiter should be able to recruit matching candidates & retain them for our direct clients. Highly motivated individuals who enjoy talking over phone & helping consultants in finding their right career will succeed in this role.Responsibilities: · Identify qualified IT candidates with various technical skills not limited to Java, .NET, SAP, Oracle, Frontend, Backend, Full Stack etc.· Setup interview processes and coordinate with the candidates· Negotiation (bill rate/terms and conditions)· Format and present the resumes to the account managers to be presented to the clientsWhat we require: · Should be well aware of recruitment process and related terms like MSP/Markup/Rate Negotiation.· Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques.· Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.. Able to converse in US accent and has minimal mother tongue influence in spoken English.·Understand US employment terms, W2, W2 without benefits, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp.· Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, and H1-B professionals in the US· Must have excellent Boolean search skills.· Good understanding of Recruitment process and understanding of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) etc.· Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shift
