Role Summary:
If you have corporate training experience (as opposed to a background in the education sector) and are passionate about training and helping users learning new tools, while helping a team build, we want to hear from you. As EBlock grows, we need a Learning & Development Specialist to partner with the sales and operations team in assessing the skills of new and current employees. In the first few months, you will learn the EBlock platform, become a SME at the employee user level. Train new employees as they join the team and partner with them as they help our clients use the platform. As the learning function grows you will be able to identify areas of need, plan training sessions ahead of time, create training documentation and assist with individual training/inquiries day to day. In addition, we are looking to build out our functional North American onboarding program.

What You Will Do:

Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
Translate requirements into trainings & documentation/manuals
Build current and new platform training program
Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
Assess training effectiveness to ensure employees are using the provided guides and taught skills/techniques.
Track employee success and progress, and report it to direct managers
Administer and evaluate tests at set intervals for each employee
Periodically evaluate training resources to ensure that they reflect any changes
Answer any case-by-case inquiries from employees and assist as needed

What You Will Need:

Minimum high school diploma. College diploma or University degree is preferred.
3-5 years’ experience
Strong understanding of Windows and MacOS operating systems
MS Office proficiency
1+ years of experience facilitating technology/ platform training and/ or technical support representative experience preferred
Strong understanding of E INC platforms and tools
Ability to quickly learn new tools/features and train others
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent planning and time management skills.
Excellent decision making and organizational skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand.

Working Conditions

Ability to conduct and attend meetings
Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer, cell phone and peripherals.
Overtime as required.
This position is remote enabled.
