Position : Medical Spa Regional Manager San Diego

Job Description : I’m looking for a Medical Spa Regional Spa Manager 4 different upscale locations in Del Mar, La Jolla and Huntington Beach and Newport. This particular medical spa was rated number one in the nation last year and as such only hire is the best people to work there. You would be in charge of all facets of management and decisions for all of the different medical spas and your direction. All these locations provide every aesthetic procedure short of surgical. They are willing to offer ownership percentage for the right person. The Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 4 years managing multiple medical spa locations, dermatology or plastic surgery offices with a minimum of 8 direct reports . You must be well-versed in not only all the different types of aesthetic procedures you would oversee as a regional manager but also well-versed in management of all staff and managers. You should be well-versed in social media placement and marketing, profit and loss statements, incentive programs, staff training and creating a cohesive environment based on trust, drive and a great work space. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
