Position : Nurse (RN or LVN)
Job Description : Position Summary: Registered Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse
Performing Duties:
Understand and work collaboratively with teams on executing CruzMedMo’s mission statement
Understand and practice within the menu of services outlined on our website
Understand the role of when to triage patients to the brick and mortar urgent cares or Emergency Room
Regularly contribute to educational information to staff and patients to lift health literacy
Work to understand patient’s needs (spoken and unspoken)
Assist team in marketing and sales communication efforts
Assist team in daily callbacks
Co-Lead a “best-practice” review and build the standards for the group
Close communication with the logistical coordinator
Work with COVID testing and help lead vaccine administration efforts
Qualifications:
RN or LVN (current, active license)
Able to drive an arguably super cool van without wrecking it
5 years experience, preferably in Urgent Care or ER
Comfortable with venipuncture, IV, wound care, splinting, injections, phone triage
Continuous learner and growth mindset
Super sociable and enjoys education
Availability:
Weekdays and weekends 12hr shifts
