Position : Office Administrative Assistant

Job Description : Our growing dental lab is seeking to employ the right individual to join our administrative team.
Some job duties include, but not limited to:
– Answering phones and delegating calls to the proper person and/or take a proper message.
– Data entry into our lab management software – very detailed oriented.
– Preparing the necessary materials required for upcoming travel for courses and meetings.
– Help with day to day administrative operations of a dental lab.
*Opening up incoming packages
*Washing case pans
*Stock lab/shipping/office supplies
*Disinfecting
The ideal candidate will have the following:
– Education: At least a High School Diploma

Work hours will from 8am – 5pm with a 1 hour lunch, Monday through Friday.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:Before COVID-19 we already provided gloves, masks, disinfection solutions to wipe down work space & disinfection for cases. During this time of COVID-19 the PPE supplies & disinfection procedures are still implemented, along with daily disinfection.
Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
