Job Description : Sales Business Partner Stablished janitorial services company is seeking for a Bilingual in Spanish Office Administrator Assistant.
$17-$19x hr. (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Requirements:
– Must be highly proficiency in excel and windows office
– Active driver license

– Office is based on San Diego
JOB SUMMARY:
Under the general direction of The Human Resources Manager the Office Administrator Assistant will assist with administrative tasks to HR Manager (filing, reception, copies, onboarding process, scans, running errands). In addition, is responsible of providing operational support to our Operations Department in Time and labor (Paylocity), handles weekly and daily employee schedules, prepares QA inspections reports, interacts directly with the employees (mostly Spanish speakers) for time and labor and tech support with our clock app to register punches and manage supplies orders.
ATTENTION: YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK FLUENT SPANISH, TO ANSWERS PHONE CALLS, AND ASSIST APPLICANTS AND CURRENT EMPLOYEES.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
