Position : Office Administrator
Job Description : A great opportunity to work for a growing company and get involved in all aspects of the business. You will be responsible for a wide range of administration tasks for the finance, sales and purchasing department.

We are looking for someone to do around 40 hours per week, office based, but with flexible start and finish times.
Main duties include;
Finance dept
Assisting with the returns procedureData entryfilinganswering customr & supplier emails
Sales & purchasing dept
Running reports and sending them outData entry
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and customer service experience, who enjoys working within a team.
Desirable attributes are
Exceptional interpersonal skillsA positive ‘can do’ outlookDemonstrate basic computer knowledge, specifically use of Word, Excel and email.Have good organisational skills and be able to manage time and workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.Able to demonstrate an ability to manage pressure, prioritise tasks and communicate effectively at all levels.
