Job Description : Parker & Sons is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Sales Coordinators responsible for scheduling perspective clients that request service through company lead generation efforts. This individual will be supporting inbound calling, booking and assigning the leads that come through Home Depot’s portal as well as making out bound to same or next day estimates. Per demand you will be supporting the field with Home Depot related issues such taking payment or minor task related questions. All while distributing or handling Home Depot corrections and continuing to monitor the productivity of all scheduled Home Depot Admins.

What Will I Do?

Provide all clients with a 5-Star experience!
Ensure all actions are in alignment with company core values.
Maintain communication with clients and internal teams.
Outbound dial all lead generations to schedule appointments
Complete email and text communication with perspective clients
Enter complete perspective client date into CRM

Do I Have What It Takes?
· A minimum of 2 year call center experience.
· Multi-tasking abilities
· Proficient outbound phone skills
· Proficient written and computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
