Operation Program Coordinator use strong problem-solving and analytical skills to help organizations improve their programs. A successful Program Analyst should have the following skills and qualification.
Qualifications:
Firm understanding of industry best practices.
Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to calculate program management statistics like mathematical averages and percentages.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Ability to adapt to changing technology.
Effective communication skills

Skillset Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or similar field,
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification,
Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-BA) certification,
Capacity Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) certification,
Training in technical writing or experience in basic statistics, accounting, or a similar field.
Responsibilities:
Support the Recruitment Manager and Governance Manager in key operational aspects of the site selection process including project setup, site access and due diligence, data management, project research, and schedule and transition support.
Own project controls data gathering and reporting to internal teams including data management around vendor on-boarding, purchase order support and troubleshooting, project entity formation and budget and accounting forecasting and coordination.
Support the Site Selection team in creating scalable processes, relieving pain points in existing operational processes, and tracking progress towards on-time delivery of projects by developing new tooling and finding broader utility in existing tooling.
Support the preparation of project recommendation materials for presentation to senior management for approval.
Support due diligence and site selection efforts by researching, compiling, and analyzing land use, entitlements, and permitting data on prospective sites, and gathering other ad hoc data as needed to support site decision process.
Own the major project intake and handoff checklists and associated materials to ensure a smooth transition to other project partners.
Support the entitlements process to ensure accurate and timely submission and execution of the necessary site entitlements and permits to meet project timelines.Operation Program Coordinator use strong problem-solving and analytical skills to help organizations improve their programs.
