This position will be expected to oversee areas including but not limited to customer set up/relations, employee training, payroll system set up, equipment/chemical ordering, and SOP creationEssential Functions:Supervise and manage the start-up process for new Janitorial accounts within a variety of settingsDevelop and implement long term solutions to address customer needsSet up of payroll systemsTraining custodians (general cleaning to more advanced floorcare)Review/oversight of budgets, payrolls, cost projections and supply control records while maintaining exceptional customer service.Ensure all customer and quality standards are met by touring the buildings with supervisors and staff, reviewing the overall cleanliness of the building, and reviewing the contracted scope of work.Inspecting QC/audit floorsDirect communication with tenants and staffOrdering of necessary equipment/chemicals start upSkills/Qualifications:MUST have prior experience in janitorial management (experience starting up new accounts preferred)MUST have valid drivers’ licenseEffective Communication Skills – Both written and verbalStrong Interpersonal SkillsMUST have managed janitorial teams of 20+ employeesStrong knowledge of janitorial equipmentExcellent Customer ServiceMUST have both inside and outside cleaning experienceGDI, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayOn callSupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Janitorial Account Start Up: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location:Multiple locationsWork Location: Multiple Locations
