Job Description : Elite Learning’s mission is to create a safe, fun and educational after-school program for all children by establishing peace of mind to parents, a rewarding opportunity for its employees and a nurturing, accepting experience for children.
We are seeking motivated and engaging after school teachers for our after school programs at elementary schools in South Fort Worth 76133 zip code area.
Hourly rate: $13-$18 2:30pm – 6:00pm (Mon through Fri)
Key RolesMust enjoy working with kids

Implement program curriculum geared towards the needs of children.
Create a safe, caring, and engaging environment and be actively involved with children.
Maintain open communication and positive relationship with parents and school staff.
Serve as a role model to the children in the group through appearance and actions.
Maintain professional competence through on-going training and education sessions.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old and possess a high school diploma or higher
Must be able to pass criminal background check and fingerprinting
First Aid / CPR certification or willingness to become certified
Be available to work 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday
6 months experience within child care (preferred)
Ability to motivate and engage children and manage behavioral challenges.
Good judgement and sound decision making.
