Process Associate – Claims
In this role you will be responsible for balancing Reverse Subrogation claim files. Interacting with third parties & internal customer partners both via emails & over the phone (both inbound & outbound).
Responsibilities
Critically analyze the claim file & the received demand package to identify any pendencyCommunicate with 3rd parties to negotiate on the settlement amountLiaison with internal Claims partners to further investigate on the claim fileAnswer incoming telephone calls from third parties in relation to the demands sent by themProcess reverse subrogation paymentsEnsure that assigned targets in accordance with SLA metrics are metEnsure that quality of transactions is in compliance with pre-defined parameters laid down by SLA metricsProvide relevant process reports on a timely basisEnsure adherence to established attendance schedules & company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
B.com/ BBA/BA/ BSC (Any Non – Tech Graduate)Freshers are eligible
Preferred qualifications
Able to demonstrate empathy while improving chance to create rapport with the customer.Has previous experience in meeting/driving Net Promote Score performance/expectations, preferably in a customer service businessVoice Customer Service experienceGood knowledge of using Excel, MS Access DatabaseProficient in English language- both written and oralInsurance client experience will be an added advantage
