Job Description : Job details
Minimum1years and maximum2 years of overall experience.
Overall experience to mandatorily include minimum 3 years of progressive experience in procurement of IT solutions/ products and related services.
To maintain vendor invoice and accordingly payment follows.
Monthly Invoice data share with vendor
Maintain all reports for the respective locations, like in-use, in-stock, buffer stock, vendor management
Maintain All company software license and hardware like PO no, date and warranty.
Vendor Management: Third party vendor for delivery of Assets and Invoice Processing
Create payment request of all procurement
Stock maintains day to day and full fill the requirement of asset
Bill process of P2P, lease line and PRI
To coordinate With Vendor for Compare Quotes
