Job Description :
To involved with the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes. They ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.
Assists Production Manager in supervising and coordinating Finishing Line operations from input of raw master panel at sanding to the transfer of pack to Finished Goods.
Planning and organizing production schedules.
Overseeing production processes.
Re-negotiating timescales or schedules, as necessary.
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
Recommend changes in workflow, operations, and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
