Position : Rapid Rehousing Specialist

Job Description : JOB PURPOSE: The Rapid Rehousing Specialist manages data collection, entry, and reporting for all case management and navigation services in the Rapid Rehousing program. This position works with Case Managers, Navigators and Program Director to ensure data and documentation is entered correctly and timely into the (HMIS) Homeless Management Information System. The Rapid Rehousing Specialist will compile reports internally for management staff and externally for contract requirements. Rapid Rehousing Specialist will provide administrative functions; filing and posting required paperwork, assisting with accounting and invoice submissions, and maintaining organization records.
