Job Description : A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The ideal candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service.
Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently knowledge while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills.
Operations CSR II – Amazon is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all Amazon customers.
This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems. Communicate with customers primarily through phone and email and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer.
