In your position as a Rhino Roofers salesperson, you will be responsible for helping homeowners identify and replace damaged roofs caused by these severe weather events, while working with their insurance provider to help minimize the cost to the homeowner.There are over 600,000 homes in the San Antonio market. And, roofs are replaced, on average, every 20 years. This means that there are approximately 30,000 roofs replaced in our market every year. Your goal in this position is to sell 120 of the 30,000 roofs replaced each year. As you can see from these numbers, the sales goal and associated income are highly attainable.Your responsibilities will include:

ALIGNING with, and operating by, Rhino Roofers values to consistently drive towards our mission and vision
LEARNING, via our excellent training and development programs, the technical aspects of identifying roof damage, roof replacements, Rhino Roofers sales and service processes, and usage of all software, systems, and technologies
PROSPECTING for opportunities through direct homeowner contact, referrals from existing clients, and developing referral networks from realtors, property and casualty insurance agents, and independent insurance adjusters, using Rhino Roofers processes
SELLING using Rhino Roofers sales processes, systems, and tools, to help the prospective client understand why Rhino Roofers is the obvious choice to help them replace their roof. You’ll be required to minimally meet quota expectations set for you by leadership.
CONTRIBUTING to the Rhino Roofers culture and supporting your peers and those who support you in your role. As you excel, help lift others around you to assist them in meeting their goals.

To be successful in your sales role with Rhino Roofers you must:

Experience with roofing industry technology, is a plus, but not a must. Strong history in alarm sales, pest control services or other home services or B2C sales can also be a good foundation.

Bottom line: home owners will know who Rhino Roofers is, and we will drive strong interest, leads, mindshare and trust that is intended to allow you to sell more effectively and efficiently. You will, however, be required to continue to identify prospects through your own efforts, as well, and half of your production will be expected to come from your prospecting (we have systems, training and resources to support you in becoming great at prospecting).
Sales Process: Rhino Roofers will train and help you refine proven sales processes to ensure you close opportunities at a high level while maintaining an excellent level of customer experience.
Technology: Rhino Roofers leverages the latest, and most proven, technologies to help you be efficient with your sales efforts. We are also using drones and artificial intelligence software to identify roof damage.
