Job Description : Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes / revenues.
To Achieve Targets by Selling Housing loan/LAP products to the Residents / Customers.
Selling Product to Acquire New Customers in order to increase the Customer database with the Right mix of Profile
Maintaining relationship with existing strategic and retail customers.
Generating New HL/LAP business .
Estimating the creditworthiness of a prospective customer.
Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Desired Skills
Should be conversant with Mortgage lending laws and regulations.
Basic knowledge of IT and Computer based operations.
Prior experience in Digital e-referral channel is a must.
