We focus on “Community First” giving our employees and our customers the best possible experience and using our position in the community to improve the lives of those around us.We are looking for individuals who are fun, energetic, smart and believe in the culture we have created.Come join the most amazing Toyota campus on the planet!Damian Lillard Toyota is seeking an energetic, multi-tasking, organized, personable, hardworking individual with a verifiable track record and great people skills.Position Responsibilities: Initiates automotive services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested.Verifies warranty and service contract coverage, developing estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport and records.Ascertains automotive problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, conducting inspections, and examining service schedules.Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor.Calculates customer’s payment, including deductibles.Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.Obtains approval signatures and enters RO into service database system.Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle, obtaining customer’s approval of estimates, obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers, answering questions and concerns, and arranging towing and temporary transportation.Maintains automotive records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading manufacturers’ publications.Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Qualifications: · High School or Equivalent· Valid driver’s license· Equipment MaintenanceProblem solvingReporting research resultsQuality focusProductivityEstimatingProduct knowledgeCustomer serviceSafety managementExperience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent2-plus years of experience in a service advisor role strongly preferredExperience or certification with specific manufacturer is a bonusComputer and point-of-sale proficiencyPrevious customer service experienceValid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordJob Type: Full-timePay: $48,000.00 – $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are required to wear a mask during working hours.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Service Advisor: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location: One location
