Your Role and Responsibilities

MS Exchange server administration
Represent team in the calls
Implement exchange L3/L4 tasks and projects
Perform regular Health Checks of servers
Backlog reduction maintiain SLA,CSAT
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Have at least 8 years of experience in MS technologies: Exchange Office 365
knowledge of power shell commands and scripts
Worked on Olutlook clinet issues
Good communication skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Exposure to MS windows operating system
MS Exchange, Office 365, Teams
knowledge of power shell scripts
Experience in End User support
Good communication skills
Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Education
Master’s Degree
