Job Description : UI/UX Lead Designer As a UI/UX Lead Designer, you will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and come up with creative designs for a better User experience. Working closely with our product/Project and development teams, you will present reasoning for any design decision based on UX standards and methodologies such as Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines. As lead designer, you will also provide supporting assets for handoff to developers and review of design work.The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, manage multiple activities at the same time, set priorities, and pivot to new tasks quickly. Creativity, organization and an eye for clean design are required. Candidates should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
