We are looking for passionate people who want to build their career in the right direction.The Opportunity: As a Tele Sales Executive for CIMET, you will be part of an amazing team, speaking to warm consumers to assist with their energy and broadband bills.You’ll learn how to control your pipeline and be given multiple ways to earn commissions on every call you make.Responsibilities: Manage outbound and inbound callsIdentify and assess customers’ needs to provide the correct solution and achieve customer satisfactionProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/toolsMeet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotasHandle customer questions, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customersRequirements: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative will be helpfulGood command over the English LanguageStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningFamiliarity with CRM systems and practicesCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyMust have computer knowledgeHigh school degreeEarly Morning ShiftsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payPerformance bonusQuarterly bonusYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:C-Scheme, Jaipur – 302021, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Sales: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Required)
