We are a multimedia company that engages a global audience of millions of viewers monthly. We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Assistant Director to join our fast-growing team. Responsibilities:
Assist the director with planning and implementing strategies
Creating shooting schedules that incorporate provisions for unpredictable setbacks.
Ensuring that all applicable filming crew and cast members arrive when needed.
Create call sheets
Serve as a liaison between the crew and director
Resolve any issues that might arise on set
Coordinate with other department heads to ensure everyone is updated on any changes or modifications prior to shooting
Track what happens day-to-day on set and keep director updated as needed
Motivate and drive the crew and cast members with announcements and needed direction
Qualifications:
College degree in Film, Communications, or related field
3-5 years of relevant experience
Self-motivated
Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledgeable about prevailing scheduling solutions.
Ability to multi-task and delegate
Strong analytical skills
Excellent eye for detail
Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment
Proficiency in Mac/PC including Microsoft Office, Adobe Applications
Salary & Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience plus commission and perks.
Looking for: Full Time / Part Time / Independent Contractors
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $3,500.00 – $4,800.00 per month
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
Commission pay
