Position : Assistant Operations Manager
Job Description : We are an innovative healthcare movement, providing premium service for on-site, on-demand COVID testing, lab analysis, and personalized medical care. We are also a concierge medical practice that provides consulting and testing services to organizations and individuals on-site and in-home.
Under supervision of the Director of Operations [DOO], the Assistant Operations Manager [AOM] will be responsible for providing leadership and operational efficiency for a number of departments with both virtual and/or on-site services. This includes but is not limited to people management, program operations, project management, client services, staffing, and management of their operational staff.
The AOM is responsible for overseeing employees and delegating work tasks throughout their departments to ensure that these tasks are completed properly and in a timely manner. They work with their staff, clients, vendors, internal managers, accounting representatives, and administrative workers. Organizational and team building skills are essential.
The AOM will oversee day-to-day operations in office and in the field; working in conjunction with their DOO to ensure staff compliance with set standards; hiring, training, and scheduling employees. The AOM will be responsible for enforcing all internal policies and procedures to ensure complete compliance with regulatory or contractual requirements all while leading a highly.

· Oversee office procedures and operations
· Provide assistance and leadership to all departments
· Ordering office supplies
· Fill in as manager when DOO is off the clock
· Scheduling appointments and meetings
· Oversee Self Swab program and report weekly status updates.
· Coordinate with Inventory department to keep stock of supplies needed.

· Holds a bachelor’s degree from a four-year university (preferred)
