Position : Associate Product Manager
Job Description : Participate in the ideation/design/PRD drafting and provide end-to-end support for the launch of innovative safety products or processes;
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies across the safety ecosystem and, in response, develop and test strategies and programs to support effective content moderation, ensure our process and workflows are optimized for efficiency.
Work in tandem with our data science team to ensure that the metrics we track are actionable and lead to cogent and achievable strategy.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that we are developing our products and features with safety and security acknowledged early in the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
1+ years of work experience in Product Management, ideally in Trust and Safety, Risk Management, Security or any relevant field
Experience in designing and delivering product solutions or processes changes based on analysis and experiments
Strong SQL and data analytical skills;
Attention to detail, highly self-driven and results oriented
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner
Experience working with international partners in different time zones
In-depth understanding or experience of software development and A/B testing; familiar with machine learning and various applications of ML models
Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-pace environments
