Position : Associate, Real Estate Assets – Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Remote

Job Description : Seeking to Hire: Full-time – Bilingual (fluent in written and verbal English / Spanish) Remote Candidate.
Primary responsibilities include management of new apartment units and related contract verification (i.e., terms, unit pricing, amenities), data-entry in company technology platform, communication with landlord partners (i.e., landlords, property managers, building supervisors), dispatch of field operations (i.e., key pickup, lockbox installation, photography), local market research, final unit listing in company technology platform, and special situations (i.e., pre-lease unit issues, missing keys, lockbox issues, move-ins, move-outs, turns, re-delivery). May be requested to perform field service assistance as needed. May also involve minimal company paid travel. Responsibilities are national in scope (i.e., 15 metro markets), conducted on a remote basis, and require the development and oversight of strategic vendor partnerships. Importantly, the position requires a positive, cross-functional relationship with the company’s Sales, Research, Operations, Technology, and Corporate teams to ensure continuous improvement on achievements.
The position reports to the Director, Real Estate Asset Quality. Candidates should possess strong character (positive, honest, intelligent), good judgment, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Additionally, candidates should be professional in written and verbal communication. Familiarity with real estate operations is helpful but not required.
