Position : Automotive Contracts Clerk

Job Description : Hanlees Automotive Group is looking for an experienced contracts clerk, with a strong office background. This opportunity has great potential for advancement in the future for the right person.
Job duties will include but aren’t limited to:

Tear down and post all car deals
Process trade in paperwork and payoffs
Daily deposit
Post funding notices
Process and track returned checks
Maintain Google doc
Submit all service contract and aftermarket products
Process all service contract cancellations
Process internal RO’s and parts tags
Submit proper rebate documentation
Reconcile corresponding schedules

Candidates must possess the following:

Reliability
Team work attitude
Positive attitude
Professional appearance

Qualifications:

1+ year of automotive business office experience required
CDK experience a plus, but not mandatory
