Job Description : Busy Automotive Lot seeking Clerk with a broad range of experience in financing, contracts and inventory. Would be assisting 3 other clerks with

Processing Deals and Contracts for vehicle sales
Organize all paperwork in each deal for completeness and compliance and accuracy
Check for accuracy of contacts to ensure all information is complete.
Maintain Auction inventory
Process Retail and Wholesale Contracts
Sort and file Titles for Registration Co.
Stay up to date on DMV & State regulations.
Assist with entering deals for financing and follow up with customers when needed
Cross train others.
Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area.
Provides support to management staff.
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
At least 5 years of administrative experience in the automotive industry required
At least 5 years of dealership Contract Billing and Titling experience required
Previous customer service, collection, or accounting experience
Familiar with Grapevine and Dealer Track
Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
Self-motivated and dependable
Bilingual Spanish preferred

We will be selecting one Clerk to assume a management Role for the Clerks. Great Opportunity for Pay Increase and Growth for the right Candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour
