Position : Front Desk/Medical Records
Job Description : A busy ASC is looking for a dynamic Front Office / Medical Records.
This position is full-time (5 days per week). Weekday hours are M-F (8hr days), ability to work on a staggered / flexible schedule . Start times will vary depending on the need.
We are looking for a candidate with an energetic personality who is enthusiastic, professional and is a team player. Applicant must be organized and efficient, have a commitment to customer service and have excellent computer skills.
Previous experience in the medical field/ medical records is preferred but NOT required.
Salary based on experience. Benefits included
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Greeting and checking in/out patients
Medical records / subpoena request for records
Auditing / op notes
Scanning records
Providing administrative support to the manager when needed.
Answering phones, scanning, and photocopying, filing
Maintaining an organized, efficient and friendly environment
