Job Description : Goodlife Physical medicine is a multi-specialty healthcare group providing a comprehensive conventional and alternative treatment approach to sports injuries, musculoskeletal pain, and chronic lifestyle and postural-related conditions throughout our multiple locations in the South bay (Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Torrance, and Seal Beach). We offer Pain Management, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Orthopedics. Our team is growing quickly and we are in search of an energetic, friendly, and hardworking medical receptionist to assist our patients. Goodlife provides and coordinates conservative modalities with pain relieving and orthopedic techniques to deliver the best opportunity for rapid and sustained correction of painful physical medicine disorders. By getting at the heart of the problem, we can provide lasting results.

This is a full time position with paid healthcare and paid time off.
Goodlife is a face paced, high volume office. We are looking for a bubbly personality that enjoys the fast paced, multi-tasking environment. The right candidate has a big heart and enjoys helping people. This individual would also be able to multitask well and handle large patient volume.
Duties for the medical receptionist include:
Friendly to patients and staff
Following protocols
Answering multiple phone lines
Scheduling
Checking patients in and out
Data entry
Scanning and printing
Auditing and tracking appointments
Accuracy and attention to detail
Handle patient questions and complaints with professionalism
*Must have experience with in a fast paced, high volume, multitasking position prior to this role. Starting pay is based on experience.
**Company-wide bonuses based on hitting performance targets**
**For this position, there is also a 10% salary bonus after the first year anniversary**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
