Job Description : Duties:
Work with several different teams to kick-off successful hardware beta programs.
Track, communicate status on, and monitor all active beta participants.
Review, escalate, and monitor bugs and issues until resolution, communicating with internal teams and local Beta teams along the way.
Present status updates and recommendations as well as urgent issues to the program product manager.
