Compensation: $90 – $100/hr

Primary Function of Position:
Project Delivery and Management: Participate in large scale engagements in Manufacturing Accounting and Controlling. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business. People Management: Effectively team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team oriented work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
Manage expectations of client service delivery.
Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business.
Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable interfacing with business team members and key stakeholders on a daily basis. This role requires daily interaction with business users and SMEs.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills.

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

A bachelor’s degree and approximately more than 5 years of related work experience at minimum;
At minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP Controlling modules especially Product Costing (COPC) and Profitability Analysis (COPA)
Familiarity with SAP Finance integration to PP, SD, MM . Configuration of FICO and Product Costing functionality in SAP S4 system along with the knowledge on SAP FICO and Product Costing processes for Business Transformation project.
Proven Expertise in SAP product costing with experience in discrete, repetitive and process manufacturing environments
At least 4 years of SAP experience implementing SAP FICO and SAP Product Costing with experience in intercompany trading scenarios (STO, direct shipment, 3rd party, etc.), Material ledger and Actual costing impact on S4, COPA (Account Based/ Cost Based/Combined Profitability Analysis) and Profit Center/ Cost Center Accounting and reporting requirements
Understanding of FICO integration points to other modules such as PP, SD, MM
Experience executing a business blueprint and documenting business requirements that can be understood by a technical process team.
Development of project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering, and project management methodology experience required.
Experience with all aspects of financial and management accounting within an ERP system.
