Skills / Requirements
2 years customer service experience preferred
1 year call center experience preferred
Basic computer skills and ability to work in a Microsoft environment required
Auto industry knowledge a plus
Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills
Professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to effectively handle client’s concerns and maintain a positive demeanor
Aptitude to attain established performance metrics, such as quality and production on a consistent basis
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $53,000.00 per year
