Job Description : Bilingual in Spanish Janitorial Area Manager
Starting pay: $62, 400 salary/Exempt
ATTENTION: you must complete the phone interview to be consider for this position.
Schedule Monday to Friday, day shift (must be open to work weekends and after hours when needed)
***Must be bilingual in Spanish***
– Must have experience in the janitorial industry
– Have an active driver license
– Undergo a Background check
– Mus have experience Supervising a team
– Familiar with Commercial pressure washer, window washing, strip and wax.
****Must speak Spanish: majority of employee interactions will be in Spanish***
Under the general direction of The Regional Manager the Area Manager is responsible of providing operational solutions to our clients for multiple accounts in the San Diego Region and/or nearby areas. Handles weekly and daily employee schedules, oversee daily tasks to ensure they are completed well and on time, conducts property inspections, interacts directly with the client, and manage our inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies. In addition, will assist with administrative tasks (including payroll, onboarding, training, and disciplinary actions) and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, safety, and OSHA regulations. Must be able flexible to take phone calls out of typical schedule and have weekend availability when needed.
