Position : Community Services Assistant
Job Description : The County of Riverside – Riverside University Health System (RUHS) currently has an opening for a Community Services Assistant who will be assigned to their LPS – Conservatorship unit.
The incumbent in this position will possess knowledge of the basic needs and concerns of disadvantaged groups by transporting clients to appointments throughout Riverside or on occasion Riverside County. In assisting the client, the Community Services Assistant will provide general support during office visits and provide community resources. While assisting the client if an unforeseen situation arises, the incumbent will document a detailed outline and submit it to the appropriate administrative staff. The incumbent will also be tasked with the maintenance of the department vehicles which consists of scheduling vehicles for maintenance, tracking mileage, and maintaining Fleet services records. Additionally, the incumbent will assist in covering the front desk of their assigned office. Behavioral Health desires candidates who have current or previous patient care, data entry, excellent customer service, and communication skills.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
