Job Description : This position is for a home stager/designer and listing assistant for a busy top real estate agent. The ideal candidate to join our growing real estate company is a creative problem solver with a design passion, a great sense of style, experience of being hands on and has worked in all aspects of the design phase, from initial design to implementation.
You are a top performer with a great attitude and a strong work ethic.You are self motivated, an out of the box thinker who sees challenges as opportunities. Excellent communication and organization, time management skills, attention to detail and follow through are essential qualities that you possess and you take great pride in your work.
We are located in Santa Clara, but we have listings to stage and manage throughout the bay area. Majority of work are in Santa Clara and surrounding areas.
Requirements:

Prefer to have at least 2 years of useful on the job experience that relates to home staging/design.
Self-motivated and thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment, works well under pressure, and effectively meet deadlines.
Actively be involved with the installation and design of each staging job with duties that involves but not limited to packing, lifting, & unpacking accessories and art placement & hanging.
Be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Must be able to multi-task and coordinate with team member with installations and removals.
Must possess a good eye for various designs and attention to details, interested and/or experienced in interiors, art or decorating.
Select and pull together inventory from our warehouse that will fit the specifications of a given project.
Organize and inventory all items in the warehouse
Proactively organizing and cleaning the warehouse on a continual basis
Running errands such as deliveries, pick ups, change outs, and shopping for new inventory.
Working with the realtor and the contractors to select colors and materials for home remodeling.
Adaptable and flexible, enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
Must have excellent customer service skills, strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
Experience working on multiple projects.
Excellent time management skills, hardworking, punctual, dependable, proactive, can do attitude, quick learner, and goal oriented.
Must have a valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour

Santa Clara, CA 95054: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
