Position : Covid-19 Site Manager
Job Description : We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee contract staff at Covid-19 testing and vaccination sites operated through Southern California. This will be a contract position through 6/30/22.
Responsibilities:
Train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
Lead onsite orientation for new hires
Manage staff levels, staff schedules, and hours
Manage call-offs and scheduling disruptions as they occur.
Ensure staff report to work on-time
Communicate position expectations and protocols for escalating issues and questions to all staff members in writing and verbally
Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with each staff member to identify issues, needs, and recommendations
Convey feedback to staff to strengthen performance.
Reinforce expectations, offer coaching/mentorship, and socialize “rules and tools” (e.g., plans, templates).
Audit and sign off on timecards
Identify staffing needs and work with HR to determine if new staff is needed
Assist with conflict resolution between staff and complete incident reports as necessary
Requirements:
Must have proof of full covid-19 vaccination and comply with weekly covid-19 testing
Must be able to work 12 hour shifts up to 72 hours per week
Must be able to work any assigned shift including nights and weekends
Management experience required
Must be willing to carpool or prepared to use public transportation due to limited parking
Must be willing to work outdoors and in inclement weather
Must have strong organizational skills
Must have strong communication skills
