Job Description : COME MAKE COOKIES and be part of our Crumbl Crew in Stockton, California. Great for students, Moms, and all those that want to be a part of something creative and fun that customers love!

When we work: As part of Crumbl Crew you will work flexible hours throughout the week that range anywhere from 5am when we open until past 10pm when we close (midnight on Fridays and Saturdays). We work with you to find the hours that work for you and us.
What we do: Crumbl Crew members work the cookie-baking process from mixing dough all the way through decorating, packaging and delivering the world’s most delicious, gourmet cookies into the hands of our raving fans!
As a Crew Member, you will master the baking process and work as part of a team, supporting each other and having fun while making customers happy. This process includes using mixers, measuring devices, pans, trays, bowls, and moving large amounts of ingredients back and forth from various stations and storage locations.
You will follow clear recipe instructions and will need to do so with EXACTNESS. You will scoop, weigh, and ball cookie dough, sometimes following a strict process of delicate moves to create deliciously filled cookies. You will pan and condense trays of dough. You will place dough into ovens and set timers. You will remove cookies from the oven to cool. You will place cookies into warmers, and dress (decorate) and box cookies for customers when orders are made.
You will also enthusiastically greet customers and assist them in placing orders and using our point of sale system. You will help customers make choices as they stare at the menu and wonder which cookies they should try this visit (All of them!!!). You will help customers feel awesome and valued and you will experience a great sense of satisfaction when they walk away with a warm box of cookies.
You will also clean tables, workstations, utensils and tools, floors, dishes and equipment, continually throughout the day.
AND, you will do all of the above often at the same time, jumping from task to task in a fun and fast-paced environment, because people LOVE Crumbl Cookies and the demand is STRONG. There is ALWAYS something to do.

Within the first 30 days you will:

Complete all required in-person and online training.
Complete all onboarding and hiring processes.
Develop and demonstrate basic proficiency in all stages of the baking process.
Learn and demonstrate the franchise values
Enjoy all of your friends telling you how much they wish they worked at Crumbl!

Within 60 days you will:

Have mastered most stages of the baking process, able to teach others what you’ve learned.
Become comfortable in all aspects of the job.
Be bombarded by friends, family, and neighbors trying to get free cookies.
