Job Description : Job Title: Customer Support Representative – III
Duration: 6 Months +
Job location: Folsom, CA, United States ( CW will work remote until COVID restrictions are lifted)
Description:

Provides service to customers that may include answering questions, troubleshooting, and processing invoices in SAP ECC.
Will interact via telephone, email and Microsoft Teams. May work as part of a team or as an individual.
Responsible for assisting the project team in the implementation of a new software tool and data creation & maintenance in this software.
Testing of the tool functionality will be a part of this role.
Proven ability to communicate effectively across different organizations, and provide feedback on the tool & processes.
This includes the use of a computer, Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and internal tools.

Top (5) desirable skills: 1. Advanced working knowledge of Excel.2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.3. Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.4. Customer support experience5. Customers order management experience ( PO handling, invoicing, etc)
Education: College degree preferred, but HS diploma or GED equivalent with relevant experience is required for US candidates.

Salary: $20.00 – $29.00 per hour

8 hour shift
