Job Description : General Description of Deliverable
1. Phase 1:
a. Provide support onsite during business hours (8-5PST) and be located in multiple sites (locations may vary depending on the project)
b. An initial physical site survey will be performed by the dedicated resource(s) using a checklist agreed upon by the client.
c. Site survey will consist of gathering information from offices and cubicle locations, the number of workstations in the offices which will require either monitor, docking stations, monitor arm, or Vmount.
d. Setup and install a monitor onto the adjustable monitor arm, docking station(if no existing docking stations is present), or Vbracket at designated locations. The standard will be the following – install 1 monitor if there is no monitor at the location. If there are 2 monitors present at the location, it would be left as is. If there is no docking station at the location, a universal USB C docking station will be installed and setup.
e. Manage, hide, and store cables and wires in and around the desk to ensure wires are properly connected and to tie up loose ends utilizing the appropriate wire/cable management. Sempra will responsible for providing the cable management such as Velcro, cable ties, fasteners, etc.
f. Breaking down of boxes and/or dispose any recyclable materials generated from monitors, docks, and monitor arms. All materials must be removed from the cubicles and offices and put into the designated area.
2. Phase 2:
a. Provide support in testing the following – Wi-Fi at the site, network ports, Ricoh Printers, desk phones, docking stations, monitor
b. Provide additional support to the users as needed, with any additional peripherals.
c. Document specific issues found at each cubicle/office for a ticket to be opened.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
